Kevin DiPetrillo Kevin DiPetrillo grew up in the insurance business. His father, John DiPetrillo, was an insurance company executive for 25 years before starting a Nationwide Insurance agency in 1990. One of Kevin’s first (under the table) jobs as a boy was filing, making copies, and vacuuming in his father’s office. During High School the DiPetrillo family would spend evenings folding brochures and letters for marketing mailings. It was a boot strapped family operation from the very first day. Kevin attended the University of Georgia beginning in 1996 as a Chemistry major, but after enjoying an elective Introduction to Insurance course in the business school he changed his major and graduated with a degree in Risk Management & Insurance.
President at Southern Insurance Advisors
Kevin began working in a Nationwide agency in 2001 as a Customer Service Representative. In 2004 he moved into a commercial insurance sales role with an independent agency in Marietta. In 2005 he joined his father’s Nationwide agency as a commercial insurance agent and together they changed the name to Southern Insurance Advisors (SIA). By 2011 the agency had grown to be focused primarily on commercial insurance and Kevin’s father was preparing to retire. At that point Kevin left his father’s Nationwide agency and started an independent insurance agency of his own while retaining the Southern Insurance Advisors name.
Southern Insurance Advisors has grown rapidly since aligning itself as an independent agency. Kevin still focuses on commercial insurance, but now spends much of his time helping the SIA team to bring the level of service and advice to new clients and old that has defined the family business since the beginning.
Kevin lives in Roswell with his wife, Brooke, and their son August who was born in 2015. He enjoys family time, travel, cycling, snow skiing, and community events around the Roswell area.

Ashley began writing both personal and commercial insurance policies and quickly realized that she wanted to focus on commercial insurance as an independent insurance agent so she could better service her clients with multiple insurance carrier options instead of just one.
Commercial Lines Agent at Southern Insurance Advisors
Ashley found her home with Southern Insurance Advisors in September of 2014. She enjoys working with start-up IT companies in the Atlanta area during a time when Alpharetta is quickly becoming the Silicon Valley of the South. Other areas of focus for Ashley are automotive repair shops, manufacturers, distributors, and contractors that specialize in countertop and cabinet fabrication and/or installation; landscaping that offers herbicide and pesticide application, and home inspectors. She has been especially helpful during the workers compensation audit process which is often where a lot of insurance mistakes happen that can be costly to a business long term.
You’ll often find her at a networking event since referrals are the #1 source of new business for Ashley. If you don’t know her already, make a point to reach out to her and have a cup of coffee. You’ll be amazed at how many people you may already know in common.
